Installation Instructions:

1. Once if you download your team viewer software.
2. Double click the team viewer icon and you can see the below image.

3. Click the Run button to proceed.
4. When you click the Run button you will get 2 options either to install or Run as shown below.

5. If you select install option then the team viewer will be installed in your computer.
6. If you select Run option then the team viewer will not install in your computer, but the team viewer application will host and you can access the team viewer.
7. Accept the team viewer license Agreement and click next as shown below.

8. When you click next, the installation will be finished and it will open the teamviewer window as shown below.

9. Now you can see Your Id and Password from the above image, this is your id and password.
10. If you want to give access your desktop to your partner you have to provide your id and password to your partner. So that he will enter your id and password to access your desktop remotely.
11. If you want to access your partner’s desktop then you have to take the user id and password from your partner’s machine. Then you have to enter your partner’s user id on the dropdown list as shown below.

12. After entering the partner’s user id select Remote support Option and click connect to partner button.
13. You will have several options to select based on your requirements and select the desired options.
14. After clicking connect to partner it will ask for the password which is your partner’s password.
15. Now enter your partner’s password and click connect.( You need to ask your partner’s about his user id and password without knowing your partner’s details it is not possible to access his desktop).
16. Now you can access your partner’s desktop.
